Do not forget to go to Chowpatty and eat the Bhelpuri and Kulfi falooda… oh also do not forget paan. If you get a chance go to a club called Olives in Bandra (Bombay). I grew up in this neighbourhood.

I am glad you made it to India safely and your trip began without incident. I am envious with a capital “E”! The mid life crisis when one turns 40 is a real monster with its longing for more adventure in life. You are accomplishing some of your friends deepest wishes. Ride safe. Take lots of pictures.

Dude, love the blog, but as an editor, I have to tell you that you are most certainly NOT “circumventing” India, in which case, you would be doing some sort of bizarre avoidance of the country on your motorbike. Rather, you are circumnavigating India. ;-p
